Girlfriends

Sometimes these girls were and are reason enough to keep going. The one on the left is gone now. The one on the right is "sundowning." Sweet peas. B, thanks for the pic.

Beautiful dogs, Amy. Makes me miss having one. They're so much better than people sometimes (most of the time?)

Yeah, I agree with Sara on that.

I'm a little dog crazy. Starting to become that eccentric old lady who lives in a disheveled house and keeps dogs and talks to herself.

if i lived alone, that's what i would be, no doubt. and with cats. and goats. and probably a giraffe, if it needed a home.

Awww. Great pic, Amy. Makes me want to be more patient with my (whining, cat-chasing) pup.

That is a really cool picture. They are all spaced evenly apart. The dogs on each ends are facing toward the photographer in the exact same opposing angles.

I just love the loyalty. The wiggle at the door after work. The never love withdrawal. It's better than anything else. The silver rattling against the collar. :)

Girls: You are revealing some very interesting things about yourselves in this here comment section.

Dork: I like you.

Dork, you're back. So glad. I don't know how the dogs were positioned so well for this photo--all other images I have of them are chaotic swaths of fur and legs and blurry eyes.

A certain nonprofit organization finally paid me for work I did in the summer--maybe I'll get a phone with a camera...
